Pranic Healing is a non-touch energy healing system that integrates physical, emotional and mental healing that will restore and rebalance your body's energy and its innate ability to heal itself. When negative emotions are suppressed and harboured for long periods of time, this will cause energy blockages that will eventually manifest as physical discomfort, pain and even serious conditions to the body. Pranic Healing will help to address these issues at the cause and not only alleviate the symptoms. Pranic Healing is a non-touch healing therapy that works on the body's energetic system. As the body's energy blueprint is cleansed, unblocked, balanced and energised, this will result in healing on all levels - for better physical, emotional and mental health and well-being.
Working on the energetic systems means that sessions can take place in person, as well as distantly or virtually. If this is your first session with me, I prefer to do this in person or via Zoom - however, this isn't necessary if circumstances prevent this.
All clients are required to complete an online health questionnaire before commencing any treatments. This is so that I can tailor the sessions specifically to you and any conditions you wish to have treated.
Sessions are 50 minutes in duration unless otherwise specified. For in-person sessions, you will be seated comfortably in a chair and I will guide you with some relaxation exercises that include breathwork and meditation.
Results will vary from person to person and depends on your age, your health and the condition you are seeking treatment for. However, it is not uncommon to feel improvements or changes after a single session. Saying that, it is advised to book a series of treatments for more serious and long-standing conditions, and I will also advise of some lifestyle adjustments that may benefit you as well.
It is important to note that Pranic Healing sessions do not replace advice and treatments from your doctor and/or medical health practitioner but serve as a complementary practice.
