Join me at Staines Boat Club for the Meditation on Twin Hearts and Deep Emotional Healing weekly sessions. 

These sessions are a gentle yet powerful space to slow down, reconnect, and learn how energy awareness can support your everyday life.

Each session blends practical understanding with direct experience — helping you move out of your head and into a calmer, more centred state. You don’t need any prior experience with meditation or energy work. Just come as you are.

Whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, curious about energy, or simply craving a regular moment of stillness, these sessions are designed to support you in a grounded, down-to-earth way.

Healing Clinic – Individual 1:1 Sessions

Following the meditation, a limited number of 30-minute 1:1 healing sessions are available for those seeking individual support with specific issues.

1:1 session details:

  • 30 minutes per session
  • Cost is at a reduced rate of £20*
  • One session per person per month
  • Follow-up sessions may be offered, depending on availability
